Delivery Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Use. We deliver digital services only. There is no shipping and no delivery fee.
Client websites and custom software are delivered electronically on the dates in your quote, for example by a URL, a code repository, or email. We usually start within 10 business days of acceptance and any deposit, unless the quote gives another date.
A retainer starts on the date in the quote, or within 24 hours of a successful online payment. We email you when it starts. If we cannot start it within 3 business days of payment, you may cancel for a full refund.
