1. Who we are

Turaco Analytics (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us") is a private company in South Africa. These terms cover turacogroup.co.za and the client websites, custom software, retainers, deposits, and milestone payments you buy from us.

We do not belong to a self-regulatory body. These terms, the Privacy Policy, Delivery Policy, and Refund and Cancellation Policy are the agreement. The version on this page on the date you order applies to that order.

2. Price and payment

We sell digital services only. We do not ship physical goods. Mobile apps and other services are sold by separate businesses and are not billed here.

The scope and the full price are in your written quote, or on the Paystack page, before you pay. Prices are in South African Rand and include VAT. A retainer is charged at the start of each period until you cancel. Deposits and milestones are payable as the quote states. Checkout, receipts, and your card statement show Turaco Analytics.

Paystack processes the payment. We do not see or store your full card details. We, not Paystack, are responsible for the service, its delivery, support, and refunds. We email you a confirmation and tax invoice, which you can keep with these terms.

3. Delivery, refunds, and complaints

Delivery is set out in the Delivery Policy. Cancellation and refunds are set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. If you are a consumer, you may have a 7-day cooling-off right, with the exceptions stated there.

Complaints and billing queries: info@turacogroup.co.za or 073 810 7987. We acknowledge them within 2 business days. South African law applies, including the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act where they apply to you.
